Ed Trebets is co-owner/chemist for Cellar Rats Brewery. He is also the winemaker/chemist for Chalet Debonne Vineyards, Grand River Cellars, and South River Vineyards. Before coming to Chalet Debonne in the spring of 2004, Ed was a chemistry teacher for the Beachwood City School District for seven years. He holds a bachelors of chemistry degree from Case Western University and a masters od education degree from John Carroll University. He and his wife, Gina, reside in Chesterland, OH and were recently married in August of 2007. In his spare time, Ed enjoys hunting and fishing and even though he has a passion for wine, he still enjoys a good shot and beer.

Tony Debevc JR. is co-owner and Asst. brewer for Cellar Rats brewery. He is also the VP of operations for Debonne Vineyards. Junior is the 4th generation at Debonne, joining the family business in November of 2005 after graduating from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA 2004. Before joining the family business, junior was working in the private club industry. Today junior is a resident of Painesville, OH . In junior's spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle along with riding his mountain bike and the best part kicken it with his girlfriend Melissa.
