	In(FEST)ation - Fall A malt lovers beer! A deep, end of fall, colored beer with roasted coffee, caramel, and toffee flavors, softly rounded off by German varietal hops. 6.5% alcohol.
	Stout - Spring It's an Irish style dry stout; think of dark chocolate jet black in color, thick tan foamy head, luscious chewy body finishing with lots of roasted grain and a warm alcohol note. 6.0% alcohol.
	Rat Trap Lager - Year Around Medium bodied pre-prohibition style American lager moderately hopped with cascade & cluster & brewed with 2 row plus Munich malts. Buttery malt flavor with soft bitterness. 6.0% alcohol.
	Rat Tail Ale - Year Around Bitterness and aromatic hops dominate this American pale ale. Strong full malt backbone to match. When you taste this you know your drinking a beer inspired by the adventurous west coast ales. 6.0% alcohol.
	Pack Rat Pilsner - Summer Straw golden in color this euro-style pilsner has unsurpassed drinkability. Just enough pale malt to give off complex, floral, grainy notes supported by handfuls of authentic East European hops (even in the storage vessel) to bring a deep rooted bitterness to the palate. 5.5% alcohol.
	Field Rat Wheat Beer - Year Around Belgian inspired wit-style beer. Cloudy in appearance, unfilered to preserve the taste of our special yeast. Floral and citrus aroma from two kinds of orange peel. Creamy and spicy from coriander seeds used in our careful conditioning process. 4.5% alcohol.
	Ripper - Winter "Ripper" is an "old" English style ale that has a beautiful mahogany color to it. This bold ale has a strong back bone and has been spiced with chicory root and cinnamon. It is chuck full of malty, spicy flavors and aromas from handfuls of Chinook hops all the way through. Beware of the 7% alcohol, IT IS SNEAKY!
	"Ratsberry" Plague Porter - Summer Our signature creamy espresso laced black plague porter with natural rasperry flavoring. A great combo of cascade hops, black malts and berry fruit. 6.0% alcohol.
	Black Plague Porter - Summer/Fall An intense midnight black beer that might remind you of rich, creamy expresso laced with the herbaceous brilliant tones of cascade hops. This style originated in the industrial era of London, where pub goers demanded something more!. 6.8% alcohol.
	Karni Mata India Pale Ale - Summer Karni Mata is the Indian Hindu goddess of rats, and this beer is the goodness of bitterness. A malty monster that mingles in and out of a wonderful floral hop bouquet. An intense ride for your senses, bitter and sweet, malty and hoppy...what else can you ask for? 8% alcohol.
	First Harvest Ale Wet hopped with our own estate grown Zeus variety and dry hopped with our Vine Ripe Cascades. This strong American Pale Ale is piney citrusy and resinous, and certainly not for the beginner. 8% alc.
	Black Rat Imperial Stout Just in time for the chilly weather comes our belly warming rich flavorful milk stout, reminiscent of an after dinner spiked Irish coffee with lots of cream and sugar. This monster beer clocks in at 8.7% A.B.V. It truly is bitter sweet and velvety smooth.
